About 40 members of LAIGW gathered at the offices of Bonstra|Haresign architects on the evening of December 10.  A few photos from the event are below.  There was good food and drink to share, and Bill Bonstra and David Haresign presented information about their impressive firm, some past, present and future projects, and their design philosophy.  The Bonstra|Haresign staff were excellent hosts and prepared the space to welcome the guests to have a fantastic time. Stanley Hallet spoke about the talented Roger Lewis who died earlier this year.  They were compatriots for over 50 years, both contributing to the betterment of the world and the built environment.  The firm held a raffle to give away several books, including Washington on Foot , edited by Bill Bonstra and a volume about the firm’s work, Designing Community.
