707 7th Street, NWBill Dowd, director of the Physical Planning Division at the National Capital Planning Commission, and a Lambda Alpha member, will present new ideas for 10th Street. As a follow-up to the National Capital Framework Plan, the Commission has formed an interagency Task Force to address the 10th Street and Maryland Avenue corridors in southwest DC. This area of the city currently serves as a significant barrier between the National Mall and the Southwest Waterfront. The Task Force will develop specific recommendations to improve these important corridors., ,
