On February 28, over 40 members and guests gathered at Clyde’s of Gallery Place for a luncheon program featuring Alli Henry, the Senior Community Planning Director of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID). The event focused on the remarkable transformation of Rosslyn, VA and the pivotal role the Rosslyn BID has played in shaping its future.

During her presentation, Ms. Henry highlighted Rosslyn’s evolution from Arlington County’s premier commercial district into a dynamic urban neighborhood. She discussed the BID’s collaborative efforts with Arlington County and various stakeholders over the past two decades to reshape the neighborhood into a connected and inviting community. Key topics included the expanding residential population, iconic skyline developments, and major planning initiatives. She also emphasized the BID’s commitment to enhancing transportation infrastructure to improve safety and accessibility for all users.

Attendees engaged in discussions about the neighborhood’s growth and the BID’s vision for Rosslyn’s future, reflecting on the district’s progress and exploring upcoming projects and developments.
