THE STATE OF (small) RETAIL
We are all trying to read the tea leaves on the future state of retail after over a year of substantial disruption. Inadequate data exist on independent retailers and restaurants, the businesses that have limited ability to compete for federal, state, and local programs and support. This session will dive into a national and regional look at retail recovery–what has happened recently and where we are headed. Bobby will present snapshots of where the need is the greatest, which businesses have been able to access programs, and the supports needed now.
