Click this link to view the power point presentation by Chris Leinberger:  LAI_Leinberger_DC as Model

Chris Leinberger is a land use strategist, proptech start-up co-founder, real estate developer, professor, researcher and author. After owning and running the international real estate consulting firm, RCLCo, for 20 years and engaging in development for 15, he and his wife decided they could live any where…and picked metro Washington, DC, from many global options. The reason? His research showed that DC was the model by which Americans were building our future. This talk will share yet to be publicly released research on why this metro area still is the model, for good, and sometimes not so good.
